The person I am becoming -- the person I choose to be -- is energized and quietly electrified with the energy of self love and self confidence. I carry this energy with me, and am a force of tremendous goodness and truth, wherever light is most needed.

I pump myself full of self-love whenever I am at home, and wish to do something deeply positive with my time. If the only thing I do with my time and energy, is run self love through my own energy field, I will have done a great deed for the human realm.

I allow the frequency of self love to circulate through me freely and frequently, expanding my light field in ways that feel pleasing and comfortable to me.

Self love creates an aura of beauty and confidence, and so I intend self love in every aspect of my being. The balm of self love and the solid confidence of a self-loving being, is powerful and welcome.

I am deeply relaxed, as I enjoy holding myself in an energetic vibration of caring, love and confidence.

I choose to let all the energy of self love flow through me, or swirl around me, or hover over me, or even follow me around playfully as I go about my day. This has become quite a common feature of my day, and I enjoy all this energy and attention now.

Even if it's only for a few minutes, I am able to spend some part of every hour, bathing and marinating my spirit in the healing energy of self love. And over time, this makes a tremendous difference, bringing feelings of fullness, confidence and pleasure
